These reviews are concise (no more than one day of interviews), non-threatening yet searching, and represent excellent value for money. How does an OBC Review take place? An independent consultant conducts the review of your organization's staff member (reviewee). The review provides an account of the extent of realisation of the reviewee's personal expectations of performance and achievement in selected areas of his/her professional activity. The areas of review are selected by the person initiating the review, normally in consultation with the reviewee. The Review Process A full review normally takes one day. It takes the following form:
